Arbitrations & Mediations

Construction Law Steven Siegfried, Helio De La Torre and Stuart Sobel are all certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as Circuit Court Mediators.

Mr. Siegfried is Florida Bar Board Certified in both construction law and as a trial attorney and limits his practice to construction law. Mr. De La Torre specializes in general commercial law and condominium law. Mr. Sobel, also Florida Bar Board Certified in Construction Law specializes in construction law, while Mr. McConnell, a mediator since 1986, specializes in general commercial and construction appellate law.

Mr. Siegfried and Sobel have been appointed to the Large and Complex Case Panel of Arbitrators maintained by the American Arbitration Association. Messrs. De La Torre and McConnell are also approved as neutral arbitrators by the American Arbitration Association.
