Bridgette E. BonetAssociate
Bridgette E. Bonet has been with the firm since 2018 and concentrates her practice in community association law. She represents condominium and homeowners associations throughout Florida, providing general counsel services on all day-to-day corporate matters, including, but not limited to, yearly budgets, annual meetings and elections, the interpretation and enforcement of governing documents and the review and drafting of vendor contracts. Ms. Bonet also assists clients in the drafting and filing of corporate documents, resolutions and amendments to the governing documents. She assists in the preparation of meeting packages and regularly attends and conducts board and membership meetings.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bonet owned and operated her own practice. She also has vast experience in the real estate sector, having worked as an associate attorney for one of the leading title companies in South Florida.
Ms. Bonet is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law section of The Florida Bar. She is also an active member of the Real Estate Council’s North Miami & Beaches chapter and is a former member and agent of The Fund. Ms. Bonet serves on the Events Committee for the Pace Center for Girls, a not-for-profit organization that helps at-risk girls and young women.
