Fern F. Musselwhite

Fern F. Musselwhite joined the firm’s corporate and real property practice division in 1999. She concentrates her area of practice in representing developers, lenders, and businesses in all aspects of real estate and corporate law. Ms. Musselwhite handles a broad range of real estate matters including acquisitions, complex real estate financing transactions, retail and office leasing, landlord/tenant disputes, and drafting of contracts and association documents.
