Anthony Perez, Attorney

Anthony Perez joined the firm in 2024 and focuses his practice on community association and construction law. He represents clients in a broad range of community association matters, including transactional work, drafting amendments and opinion letters, performing contract and lease reviews, preparing and conducting meetings, and providing legal counsel to the officers, directors, and property managers of community associations. Mr. Perez also assists clients with construction defects, including Chapter 558 inspections, procedures and negotiations, as well as litigating such claims.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Perez served as an Assistant Public Defender in the 11^th circuit, where he acquired extensive trial experience securing acquittals on serious felonies including attempted murder, drug trafficking and robberies.
