Primary Focus and Experience

Thomas P. Campbell is experienced in litigation, focusing his practice in the areas of commercial litigation and insurance. He represents clients in matters involving construction defect claims, breach of contract disputes, first-party property insurance claims and bad faith. Mr. Campbell also has extensive experience in handling maritime-related matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Campbell was a litigator at a boutique maritime and insurance loss firm in Miami. He has successfully advocated in hundreds of hearings, depositions, mediations and other court events in state and federal courts.

Recognition & Involvement

During law school, Mr. Campbell served as an intern for the Honorable Jose E. Martinez, United States District Judge for the Southern District of Florida, and worked as a Research Assistant to Professor Charles C. Jalloh at the United Nations Headquarters in New York and Geneva, Switzerland.

Mr. Campbell also served as an Articles Editor on the Florida International University Law Review, competed as a member on FIU Law’s Negotiation & Mediation Team, and was elected Vice President of the FIU Law Student Bar Association (SBA).

As an active member of the community and Eagle Scout, he serves as a Council Executive Board Member for the South Florida Council, Boy Scouts of America.
