Jeffrey Trinz, Attorney

Jeffrey Trinz has been practicing law since 1978 and joined the firm in 2025. He brings rich and deep experience focused primarily on complex commercial litigation. This includes representing financial services industry clients such as banks, mortgage loan originators, loan servicers and corporate investors in litigation as well as bankruptcy adversary proceedings on behalf of creditors.  Mr. Trinz also has courtroom and trial experience in loan repurchase and recovery litigation with expertise in investigating and prosecuting loan origination fraud at the state and federal level.

Mr. Trinz has significant pre-trial and trial experience in state and federal courts, arbitration proceedings and appeals. He also has significant experience in commercial and consumer collections, public records litigation, landlord-tenant and insurance litigation.
