Daniella Roldan, Attorney

Daniella Roldan joined the firm in 2025 and is developing her practice in construction law and commercial litigation. Her experience includes the representation of condominium associations, developers, general contractors, and subcontractors on matters involving contract review and negotiation, construction defects, construction liens, breach of contract claims and settlement negotiations.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Roldan gained litigation experience as a Certified Legal Intern with the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office and through clerkships in commercial litigation and insurance defense.
