MIAMI (June 17, 2013) – Siegfried Rivera and Hyman & Mars, LLP are joining to create a powerhouse law firm focusing on community association, construction and real estate law. The announcement was made by Steve M. Siegfried, shareholder and managing partner and Michael L. Hyman, founder and senior partner. The combined firm goes into effect on July 1 and will go by the name Siegfried Rivera

The two firms date their representation back to the 1970s and their attorneys are widely recognized as industry leaders in their practice areas. The once former competitors will now become teammates as they unite their resources and experience to become the preeminent boutique firm specializing in construction, real estate and community association law. With their combined clients, the new firm will represent community associations throughout Monroe, Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, while continuing to handle litigation and transactions for prominent real estate developers and construction companies in South Florida.
