Primary Focus and Experience

George T. Breur is Board Certified in Construction Law by The Florida Bar and practices primarily in the areas of community association, construction and commercial litigation. He has vast experience and success in litigating complex commercial matters. During his career, he has represented developers, property owners, community associations, general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers on issues such as lien claims, performance and payment bond claims, contract disputes, construction defect claims and property disputes. Mr. Breur has recovered millions of dollars for various clients, including real estate developers, government, homeowners, contractors, business owners and public adjusters.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Breur worked for reputable law firms in South Florida and New Jersey. His articles on construction and community association law topics have been published in local publications such as the Daily Business Review and Sun Sentinel.

Recognition & Involvement

Mr. Breur was recognized as a “Rising Star” for Super Lawyers from 2016-2019. While in law school, Mr. Breur was the recipient of the Book Award in Labor Law and Book Award in Civil Procedure. He was also the co-founder sports editor and contributing writer for Plead the Fifth and wrote for the National Bar Association’s Women and Children First. He served as the president of Entertainment and Sports Law Society.
