Three Firm Attorneys Promoted: Jason Rodgers-da Cruz, Laura Manning Hudson and Nicole R. Kurtz

CORAL GABLES, Fla. (March 7, 2022) —- Siegfried Rivera is proud to announce the promotions of Jason Rodgers-da Cruz, Laura Manning Hudson and Nicole R. Kurtz. Rodgers was elevated to the equity level of partnership, while Manning was named managing shareholder of the firm’s West Palm Beach office and Kurtz was promoted to shareholder. These talented attorneys have earned this advancement based on their contributions to the firm and other professional accomplishments.

Jason Rodgers-da Cruz is based out of the Coral Gables office and focuses his practice in complex construction litigation, construction defect litigation and commercial litigation on behalf of community/condominium associations, developers, public health facilities, assisted living facilities, property owners, general contractors and subcontractors. Currently, he serves as the chair of the firm’s construction defect trial practice group. As an equity shareholder, Rodgers-da Cruz will participate in making essential decisions for the firm, and setting strategic goals and objectives to help drive firm growth.

Laura Manning Hudson is based out of the West Palm Beach office and focuses her practice in condominium and community association law, as well as construction litigation. She handles a broad range of issues for the firm’s community association clients, including transactional work, covenant enforcement, turnover issues, and other matters. She is Board Certified in Condominium and Planned Development Law by The Florida Bar. In her new role, Manning will make essential decisions for the operation and staffing of the West Palm Beach office and will also participate in firmwide decision making.

Nicole R. Kurtz is based out of Coral Gables. She practices community association law, concentrating on representing homeowners’ associations and condominium associations in matters such as interpreting governing documents, providing legal advice to boards of directors as to day-to-day concerns and disputes and assisting in contract review and negotiation. She frequently lectures and writes articles on community association law topics.
