CORAL GABLES, Fla. (January 29, 2019) —- Tiffany M. Hurwitz has been named a partner by the Coral Gables-based law firm Siegfried Rivera An associate with the firm since 2006, Hurwitz focuses on construction law and heads the firm’s contract drafting department.

“Tiffany has been an integral member of our construction law practice group since she joined us in 2006, and her skills and capabilities in drafting and negotiating complicated construction and design contracts have made her an invaluable resource for our clients,” said Steven M. Hurwitz represents many of the firm’s clients in matters involving complex construction, design, design-build and other construction-related transactions, and she assists clients in resolving all manner of contract claims and disputes. She received her Bachelor of Science (Journalism) from the University of Kansas in 2000, and earned her Juris Doctorate, with magna cum laude honors, from DePaul University in 2006. She has served as the chairperson of the Dade County Bar Association Construction Law Committee and was recognized in 2017 by Florida Legal Elite in the construction law practice area.
