Jason Rodgers-Da Cruz Named Fellow of Construction Lawyers Society of America

CORAL GABLES, Fla. (February 25, 2021) ---- Miami attorney Jason Rodgers-Da Cruz of the law firm Siegfried Rivera has been selected as a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America. Mr. Rodgers-da Cruz is a shareholder and serves as the chair of the firm’s construction defect trial practice group. He focuses his practice on community association law, complex construction litigation, construction defect litigation, and commercial litigation on behalf of community associations, developers, contractors, subcontractors, and other construction industry professionals throughout Florida. He has prosecuted or defended (as lead or co-lead) over 100 complex, multi-party, construction defect claims during his legal career. He has been recognized by peer-reviewed listings such as Best Lawyers in America, Florida Super Lawyers, and Florida Trend’s Florida Legal Elite.

Mr. Rodgers-da Cruz received his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. He is also member of the American Bar Association Forum on the Construction Industry and a Steering Committee Member for Division 1 - Litigation and Dispute Resolution.
