CORAL GABLES, Fla. (March 28, 2012) —- Attorney Nicholas D. Siegfried with the Coral Gables-based law firm of Siegfried, Rivera, Hyman, Lerner, De La Torre, Mars & Sobel has been named to serve as a member of the City of North Bay Village’s Legal RFQ Review and Selection Committee, which is charged with making recommendations to the city commission for the retaining of legal services from attorneys.

Siegfried and the six other members of the committee will review the proposals from respondents to the city’s current RFQ request for submissions from attorneys and law firms seeking to become candidates for legal services for the city. The committee will be considering all of the candidates’ proposals and presentations during the next two months, and it will make its final recommendations at the city commission hearing either on May 8 or June 12.

Siegfried, who resides in North Bay Village, has served as an associate with the law firm since 2006 and practices in the areas of construction law, community association law and commercial litigation. He received his Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Florida, and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami. He is admitted to The Florida Bar, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
