Leases (Wet/Dry)

Wet leases and dry leases for airplanes and helicopters can be fairly technical and convoluted, and our aviation lawyers are very familiar with all of the types of aircraft lease and their stipulations for both parties.

In a wet lease, the airplane or helicopter owner who is leasing the aircraft is also responsible for providing the pilots and other crew members as well as all of the necessary insurance and maintenance. Dry leases exclude the provisions for the crew, maintenance, insurance, etc.

Our attorneys are highly experienced in helping clients to negotiate the very best possible terms and avoid any potential areas of liability or dispute in all varieties of aircraft leases.
