CORAL GABLES, Fla. (August 02, 2017) —- John Catalano has joined the Coral Gables-based law firm Siegfried, Rivera, Hyman, Lerner, De La Torre, Mars & Sobel as a partner in the firm’s real estate law practice group. He will focus on the firm’s work in representing clients in all aspects of real estate transactions, with an emphasis on the acquisition, disposition, financing, development and leasing of shopping centers, office buildings, residential buildings, hotels, and industrial properties. Mr. Catalano also has a very active practice in representing restaurant groups with national expansions.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Catalano was a founding member of the Lehtinen Schultz, PLLC, where he led that law firm’s real estate and hospitality practice group. He also previously practiced real estate law with national law firms while in Miami and in Washington D.C. Mr. Catalano earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Loyola Marymount University in 1994 and his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, in 1997 from Tulane University School of Law. He is admitted to practice by the Florida Bar, the Georgia Bar and the District of Columbia Bar.
