CORAL GABLES, Fla. (October 27, 2025) — Siegfried Rivera proudly announces that shareholder Nicholas D. Siegfried has been elected as a Fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers (ACCL), one of the most prestigious honors in the field of construction law.
The ACCL, founded in 1989, is an invitation-only organization composed of the nation’s most distinguished construction law practitioners, professors and judges. Fellowship is extended only to those who have demonstrated exceptional skill, experience and high ethical standards in the practice or teaching of construction law and who have made significant contributions to the profession.
Nicholas’ induction, which takes place at the ACCL’s conference in February, marks the third attorney from the firm to be invited into this exclusive organization. He joins Steven M. Siegfried and Stuart Sobel, both long-standing ACCL Fellows, continuing the firm’s legacy of leadership and excellence in construction law.
“It’s a tremendous honor to be recognized by such a respected organization and to be included among so many of the profession’s leaders,” said Siegfried. “I look forward to contributing to the ACCL’s mission of advancing the practice and understanding of construction law.”
Managing shareholder Oscar R. Rivera added, “Nick’s induction is a testament to his deep knowledge, professionalism and the high standards he brings to every matter he handles. We’re proud to have another member of our firm represented among the nation’s top construction lawyers.”
The firm congratulates Nicholas on this outstanding achievement and his continued dedication to excellence in construction law and client service.
