CORAL GABLES, Fla. (February 17, 2012) —- Attorney David S. Tupler, who has more than 20 years of experience focusing on construction law and commercial litigation in South Florida, has joined the Coral Gables-based law firm of Siegfried, Rivera, Hyman, Lerner, De La Torre, Mars & Sobel as a shareholder with the firm. He had served as the principal of David S. Tupler, P.A., since 1992.

Tupler has served as the general counsel to the Underground Contractor’s Association for more than 10 years, and he was formerly general counsel to the South Florida Fence Association. He has lectured at legal and construction industry seminars on issues such as the Florida lien law and construction contracts, and he served on the Florida Bar Study Committee on the Florida Construction Lien Law. Tupler earned his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 1986, and he received his undergraduate degree in political science from Emory University in 1983.
