CORAL GABLES, Fla.  (March 5, 2024) —- Attorney Elana Friedman Polashuk has joined the South Florida law firm of Siegfried Rivera as a member of the firm’s Real Estate Law Group who will focus on its work in representing owners and developers in matters involving transactions and operations of commercial and multi-family properties.

Prior to joining the firm’s Coral Gables office, Polashuk was a senior attorney at a national law firm with offices in Miami. She has represented investors, developers and condominium associations in numerous complex real estate transactions.

Polashuk earned an LL.M. degree in Real Property Development from the University Miami School of Law in 2018 to add to her Juris Doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2014, and her Bachelor’s Degree from Tulane University in 2011.
