ORAL GABLES, Fla. (January 11, 2013) —- Jason M. Rodgers-da Cruz has been named a partner by the Coral Gables-based law firm of Siegfried, Rivera, Hyman, Lerner, De La Torre, Mars & Sobel He has been an associate with the firm since 2005, and he focuses on the firm’s work in community association law and complex construction litigation.

Rodgers-da Cruz received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Alabama-Huntsville in 1997 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami in 2000. Prior to joining the law firm he served as an associate focusing on construction law with a Miami law firm, and he had also served as an assistant public defender in Brevard and Miami-Dade counties. He is a member of The Florida Bar, Dade County Bar Association, Dade County Trial Lawyers Association, and a founding member of the Brazilian American Bar Association. He has been recognized as “Rising Star” from 2009-2012 by Florida Super Lawyers, which are chosen by their peers as being among the top up-and-coming lawyers (40 years or younger, or in practice 10 years or less) in the state.
