A part of The Florida Bar’s Real Property Division, the Construction Law Committee meets monthly to discuss and attend CLE courses on topics of interest to construction law practitioners. As the Vice Chairman of the Publication’s Subcommittee, Matthew will serve as a liaison between the Construction Law Committee, The Florida Bar Journal, and ActionLine for the purposes of publishing articles, developing new topics, coordinating and editing article submissions, and managing the peer-review process.
Matthew focuses on construction and complex commercial litigation. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University in 2007 and obtained a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania in 2010. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law in 2012. Prior to joining Siegfried Rivera, he served as an associate with another South Florida law firm. Matthew volunteers as a Guardian ad Litem.
