Oscar Rivera to Speak on Property Repositioning, Turnarounds at ICSC Hispanic Markets National Conference

CORAL GABLES, Fla. (June 22, 2011) —- Oscar R. Rivera will focus his discussion and answer questions from the attendees on “Property Repositioning and Turnaround Strategies for Hispanic Communities.”
