CORAL GABLES, Fla. (October 10, 2023) —- Attorneys Simon T. Garcia and Mitchel L. Lindheim have joined the law firm of Siegfried Rivera. They will focus on the firm’s work in community association and construction law from its Coral Gables office.

Prior to joining the firm, Garcia focused on representing South Florida community associations as a solo practitioner. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Miami School of Law and his Bachelor’s Degree from Florida State University.

Lindheim was formerly a certified general contractor and a real estate development company co-owner in Naples, Florida. He focuses on construction law and represents property owners, design professionals, developers and other construction professionals on matters involving project development, construction defects, contract drafting and negotiation, as well as dispute avoidance and resolution. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree, with cum laude honors, from the University of Miami School of Law, a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Central, and a Bachelor’s Degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
