Mottin-Berger has been promoted from law clerk to associate attorney by the Coral Gables-based law firm of Siegfried, Rivera, Hyman, Lerner, De La Torre, Mars & Sobel She will focus on the firm’s work in construction law, commercial litigation and community association law.

Mottin-Berger received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami in 2010, and she earned her Juris Doctorate with cum laude honors in 2015 from the University of Miami School of Law. She served as a law clerk with the firm since February 2015 and was admitted to The Florida Bar in September 2015. Founded in 1977, Siegfried Rivera focuses on all aspects of community association matters, construction law, real estate, and corporate law.
