Awilda Esteras, Attorney

Awilda Esteras joined the firm in 2011  as a collections attorney and concentrates her practice in collections. She represents community associations throughout Florida, assisting with debt consolidation, foreclosure matters, drafting, amending and interpreting governing documents, vendor contract review, covenant enforcement and providing legal opinions on community association-related matters. Ms. Esteras focuses on working closely with boards and community association management to assist in enforcing their collections policies and help them address delinquent accounts.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Esteras worked for one of the largest mortgage foreclosure firms in the state.
