Elana Friedman Polashuk focuses her practice on transactional real estate. In particular, she represents developers, owners, investors and community associations in the acquisition, operation and disposition of commercial and multi-family residential properties and the drafting and negotiation of commercial lease and loan transactions. Additionally, she represents commercial banks in the financing of commercial properties. She also counsels developers on the creation and turnover of condominium and planned unit developments.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Polashuk was a senior attorney at a national law firm with offices in Miami. A member of their real estate practice group, she has represented investors, developers and condominium associations in numerous complex real estate transactions.
