Idelys Martinez joined the firm in 2026 and concentrates her practice in construction law. She represents clients on matters involving contract drafting and negotiation, and construction defect disputes. Before joining the firm, Ms. Martinez handled first-party insurance litigation, representing homeowners from pre-litigation through trial. She was responsible for attending hearings, mediations, depositions and ultimately representing her clients at trials. She has negotiated and recovered over $15 million in settlements on behalf of her clients.
