PRIMARY FOCUS & EXPERIENCE

Ivette Machado Blanch concentrates her practice in community association law. She represents condominium and homeowners associations throughout Florida, providing general counsel services on all day-to-day corporate matters, including, but not limited to, yearly budgets, annual meetings and elections, the interpretation and enforcement of governing documents and the review and drafting of vendor contracts.

Ms. Blanch is a member of the Order of Coif. She is admitted to the Florida Bar and is currently a member of the Cuban American Bar Association.
