Jacob Leuze, Attorney

Jacob Leuze joined the firm in 2024 and concentrates his practice in real estate transactions and community association law. He assists a broad range of community association clients with matters including, but not limited to, drafting and negotiating contracts, providing opinion letters, drafting, interpreting, and amending governing documents, and preparing and negotiating various types of real estate agreements, including leases. He also assists his community association clients with preparing for and conducting meetings and provides legal counsel to the officers, directors, and property managers on the day-to-day operation of their communities.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Leuze honed his skills and gained invaluable experience as an attorney at an Am Law 200 law firm in South Florida. This experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of the legal landscape, further enhancing his ability to serve our clients.
