PRIMARY FOCUS & EXPERIENCE

Jason Clark joined the firm in 2026 and concentrates his practice in construction law, community association law, and commercial litigation. His practice is focused on representing condominium and homeowners’ associations in construction defect matters, guiding boards through every stage of the claims process—from identifying and investigating latent defects to pursuing negotiations, alternative dispute resolution, and litigation against developers, contractors, design professionals, and other responsible parties.

Mr. Clark assists community associations with evaluating construction-related issues affecting common elements, reviewing engineering and expert reports, preserving legal claims, and developing strategies to recover the costs of repairing defective construction. He also advises boards on contractual matters, construction-related disputes, and risk management, helping associations protect their assets and fulfill their fiduciary responsibilities while navigating complex construction defect claims.

In addition to his work with community associations, Mr. Clark represents clients in matters involving contract drafting and negotiation, contract disputes, construction defect litigation, and other complex commercial litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Clark worked in the class action and mass tort division of a personal injury firm. During his time there, he successfully obtained class certification in a significant lawsuit against a Florida municipality. He gained extensive experience handling complex, high-stakes litigation involving technical issues, extensive discovery, and multiple parties. This background provides him with a strong foundation for managing sophisticated construction defect and commercial litigation matters on behalf of the firm’s clients.
