Krystopher Gonzalez joined the firm in 2026 and focuses his practice on construction law and commercial litigation. He represents developers, contractors, subcontractors, businesses and owners at all tiers on matters involving contract drafting and negotiation, construction defects, construction liens, performance disputes, payment disputes, project delays, breach of contract claims and other construction and commercial disputes. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced as a transactional attorney focusing primarily on corporate law, construction law, mergers and acquisitions, pre-suit disputes and general business and commercial matters. Earlier in his career, he practiced construction law and commercial litigation, representing design professionals, contractors, subcontractors, businesses and owners.
