Loren W. Fender, Shareholder

Mr. Fender is a trial attorney with two decades of experience representing clients in commercial litigation, product liability, construction defect, and multi-district and class action litigation. Loren has extensive experience representing some of the largest manufacturing companies based in North America, Europe, and Asia in litigation involving motor vehicles, industrial equipment, building components, medical devices, and consumer products. Clients continuously retain Mr. Fender for his attention to detail and focus on understanding the science, design, and manufacturing issues involved in the case. Through Loren’s strong research and analytical skills, he carefully navigates through all stages of a case – handling complex legal issues, expert witnesses, dispositive and pretrial motions, evidentiary disputes, and trial strategy. Mr. Fender has also handled a broad range of commercial litigation matters involving breach of contract, breach of warranty, intellectual property, deceptive and unfair trade practices, fraud, and other business torts. In his role as both first and second-chair counsel, Mr. Fender has tried cases to verdict in state and federal courts and before arbitration panels. Mr. Fender has also handled appeals in both state and federal courts and has presented oral arguments before appellate courts.
