Ms. Kurtz concentrates her legal practice on community association law and has primarily represented condominium, homeowners’ and cooperative associations throughout Florida for over ten years. Ms. Kurtz prides herself on providing practical, real-world approaches to solving her clients’ legal issues, including interpreting community associations’ governing documents; providing legal advice to boards of directors with respect to the ongoing administration of their associations; analyzing and reviewing bank loans; preparing and negotiating construction and vendor contracts; attending administrative hearings; organizing elections; preparing meeting notices; attending owner, board and committee meetings; and drafting and amending community association governing documents.
