Tiffany M. Hurwitz, Shareholder

Tiffany M. Hurwitz joined the firm in 2006 and concentrates her practice in construction law, primarily focusing on preparing construction, design, and related contracts for clients. She works closely with clients to determine the contractual needs for each project, analyzing a number of factors such as cost, location and anticipated use of the project.  Having a background in litigation, Ms. Hurwitz has extensive experience in addressing and avoiding issues that typically arise in the contract drafting and negotiation stages of construction projects. She drafts and negotiates complex construction, design, design-build and other construction-related agreements for a variety of clients, including but not limited to public entities, educational entities, private developers, low-income housing developers, homeowners, condominium associations and general contractors. Ms. Hurwitz’s experience includes international projects.
