If you’re considering serving on your condominium or homeowners’ association board, you likely know that meeting Florida’s certification requirements is mandatory. Our 4-hour, Division-approved course aligns with the educational standards set by House Bills 1021 and 1203 and fulfills the state’s new requirements for board member education. Additionally, it is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in your role and minimize potential liability.

Step 1: Register for the Course

Please use the link below to register. Registration is required to access the course recording. The course is approximately 4 hours long and is divided into six sections.

To receive your certificate, you must: 

• Watch the course in its entirety.
• Identify six embedded code words that form a complete phrase embedded throughout the presentation.

Step 2: Complete the Survey

Once you’ve completed the course, use the survey link below to submit the six code words as proof of active attendance. You must complete the survey to qualify for the certificate.
