Darby received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Miami in 2000, and her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law in 2003 with Dean’s List honors. A multijurisdictional attorney who is licensed to practice in Florida, New York and New Jersey, Darby is experienced in counseling community associations in matters of corporate governance, compliance and debt collection.
