Coral Gables, Fla. (Nov.7, 2024) —- Attorneys Joseph Clarke, Joshua A. Sloan and Alejandro Torvis have joined the South Florida law firm of Siegfried Rivera as associates, and they will focus on the firm’s work in community association and construction law from its Coral Gables office. The additions take the firm’s roster of attorneys to a new high of 51.

Prior to joining Siegfried Rivera, Joseph Clarke was an associate with another South Florida law firm focusing on commercial litigation and insurance law. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Iowa College of Law, and his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Iowa.

Joshua A. Sloan served as an associate with the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at the Atlanta office of Greenberg Traurig prior to joining the firm. For three years he has also served as a member of the Financial Services Advisory & Digital Banking Transformation Consulting group at PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York City. He earned his Master of Law in Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law in 2024 after graduating with Cum Laude Honors as a Dean’s Merit Scholar and his Juris Doctorate (YEAR) from the University of Miami School of Law, and his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 2008.

Alejandro Torvis served as a law clerk at Siegfried Rivera while he completed his Juris Doctorate with Magna Cum Laude honors from the Florida International University College of law in 2024. He has also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Rudolph Contreras, U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, and is an active member of the Cuban American Bar Association, Hispanic Bar Association of the District of Columbia, and Belen Alumni Lawyers Section. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Florida in 2019.
