Joseph Clarke, Attorney

Joseph Clarke joined the firm in 2024, focusing his practice in community association law and commercial litigation. He represents clients in a broad range of community association matters, including transactional work, drafting amendments and opinion letters, performing contract and lease reviews, preparing and conducting meetings, and providing legal counsel to community associations’ officers, directors, and property managers. He assists clients in all aspects of construction contracting and dispute resolution in the construction sector, providing clients with result-driven and cost-effective solutions. He also helps clients with construction project issues such as cost overruns, disputes relating to change orders and extra work and construction defects.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Clarke worked at other law firms handling matters pertaining to commercial litigation, employment and professional liability defense and first-part property litigation. He was responsible for all tasks associated with the litigation process, including legal research, depositions, mediations and hearings.
