Shari Wald Garrett, Shareholder

Shari Wald Garrett has been with the firm since 2004 and has been practicing in the area of commercial litigation since 2001. She focuses her practice on community association litigation and representation, as well as commercial litigation. Her extensive experience representing condominium and homeowners associations throughout Florida includes general representation, handling developer and owner disputes, negotiating and drafting contracts, preparing for and attending Board and owner meetings, drafting, amending and interpreting governing documents, handling election disputes and assisting both the Board and management with the day-to-day operations of the community. She has also been approved by the Division to offer educational seminars pertaining to the establishment and operation of Associations.
