CORAL GABLES, Fla. (June 18, 2012) —- Attorney Nicholas D. Siegfried with the Coral Gables- based law firm of Siegfried, Rivera, Hyman, Lerner, De La Torre, Mars & Sobel has been named to serve as a member of the Steering Committee for the Young Lawyers Division of the American Bar Association Forum on the Construction Industry, which is the largest organization of construction attorneys in the world.
The steering committee for the Forum on the Construction Industry’s Young Lawyers Division is responsible for developing the public service and professional development projects, conferences and events for the ABA group’s attorneys who are 36 and under or in practice for less than five years. Forum members represent all segments of the construction industry: owners, design professionals, general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, suppliers, insurers and sureties. Its mission is to serve the construction industry through education and leadership.
Siegfried has served as an associate with the law firm since 2006 and practices in the areas of construction law, community association law and commercial litigation. He received his Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Florida, and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami. He is admitted to The Florida Bar, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
